The Ball Park

Elizabeth, Joshua, and I have been spending a lot of time lately at the ball park watching Nathan and Benjamin play their baseball games (Ryan gets to come fairly often, too). I appreciate that there is a playground nearby at the fields so that the little kids can have a good time. Although, I am looking forward to the day when I can sit and watch the whole ball game without having to be at the playground supervising :)

I love that Joshua and Benjamin usually love to take care of Elizabeth. Joshua was being extra sweet the other day and so I just had to get some pictures!




Benjamin's favorite thing to do when we're at Nathan's games is to climb the big evergreens. He gets pretty high!


It's been funny to watch Benjamin play his last few games. He has a hard time focusing when out in the field, and will often just sit down or play in the dirt. When the coach or Ryan or I call to him to stand up or to get his glove on, sometimes he refuses! It was nice that last night Benjamin played right before Nathan did . . . I told Benjamin ahead of time that if there was any sitting in the field, he would not get any playground or tree time during Nathan's game. It worked!
