Play Time

Today we went to the Dulles Town Center to occupy the kids for a while. (Elizabeth stayed behind to nap at G&G's place.) Between a hotel room (with 6 people in it) and my parents' 950 square-foot condo (with 18 people many times!) we needed to get out and let the kids run around.

They had a great time at the kids play area. I wish there was one this good in our hometown. (My pictures are dark at this location . . . sorry.)

Nathan loved running and jumping off . . .

Benjamin having a great time!

Joshua hung out in this lighthouse for a while

and Benjamin joined him

After all the cousins left to take naps, we found the carousel at the mall and let the kids take a couple of rides.

Nathan was sad that other kids beat him to the teacup-like ride on the carousel

It was a great way to kill a few hours!

When we got home, the kids played while the adults worked on Christmas Eve Dinner.

Can I make a break for it?
