Elizabeth has grown up so much in just the last month. She is quite the little explorer. I put her on the carpet with plenty of toys all around, and she almost always goes for the tile and heads either into the kitchen or towards the entryway!

She loves to play with anything in the house within her reach, like moss in the potted plant and drawer pulls. Here she is playing with the knob on the bathroom drawer:

She is becoming quite vocal with words like, "muh, muh" and "ba, ba, ba". Nathan insists that she has said her first word of Momma, but right now it is just a bunch of cute noise. She also loves to chew on everything.

The last few days she has become interested in her hands. She puts them together a lot, like she is clapping. We're not sure if she is imitating a Baby Einstein movie she watches or if that is just something babies do at this stage. Either way it is really cute and she smiles as she does it. She has also discovered splashing during her bath and has quite a fun time in the water!
Elizabeth loves to stand. She will sometimes crawl over to one of her brothers' low reading chairs. She can pull herself up to a kneeling position with her hands on the seat, and then she will sometimes stand! The other day I put her standing at her toy basket, and she stayed there for quite a while. I have a feeling she will be an early walker!

She is still so happy and mellow! She is not sleeping as much in her car seat anymore. . . I used to be able to run errands during her nap time, but now she will stay awake most of time. Thankfully, though, she will still stay in her car seat for church most of the time.
She is small for her age. I am just about to start switching her clothes from the 3-6 month size to the 6-9 month size. For her brothers, I've usually switched right at the 6-month mark. But don't worry -- she has plenty of chunk in her thighs and cheeks!

So pretty!
It goes by even faster when it's not your own baby...I can't believe she's already 7 months. What a cutie!
Wow! I cannot believe she is doing all this. Whenever I see her she is asleep or in someone's arms so I forget how old she is. She is definitely a beauty!
So cute! It feels like yesterday we were doing Yoga.
Cute girl! She really looks like you in that fourth photo.
This kids need to stop growing up so fast! Well, if she has to grow up, she sure is doing it cute!
She is really cute. I can't believe she's getting so big! You're right--time flies once your baby is here.
She is a little Mini-Jennifer! So Cute! I can't believe how big she is. This summer will be so fun to have the 3 girls together for the 4th of July!
